Sweet Magnolia Quilt Block Tutorial

I am so excited to share our latest tutorial for the Sweet Magnolia quilt block! This beautiful 18-inch block is made using a magical combination of half-square triangles and solid squares.

In this video, I walk you through the entire process—from chain piecing your half-square triangles to pressing them flat and carefully laying them out to get that gorgeous Sweet Magnolia design. Once our blocks are in rows, we join them together making sure to match up our seems perfectly (remember to pinch it, pleat it, or pull it!), and of course, backstitch every time just like grandma said!
