Easy Pennant Garland! 🌸✨

In our latest video, I’m using scraps from our new Little Ladies fabric collection to make a whimsical Pennant Garland!

I mixed three different pennant shapes, topstitched them, and tucked them right inside double-fold bias tape. It is super fast, beginner-friendly, and adorable for nurseries, high-chair birthday banners, or playroom decor!
