Bookcase Wallpaper Tutorial
Hello my sweet friends! I have been busy getting the shop ready for our wonderful summer retreats, and I just had the most precious idea to spruce things up using peel-and-stick wallpaper. I’m applying it to the back panels of our bookshelves to give them a high-end, coordinated look that is just so darling. The trick is to unroll a small section at a time and use a squeegee to keep everything smooth and bubble-free as you work.
While I initially reached for my scissors, I found that a rotary cutter with a duller blade gives a much cleaner, professional finish along the edges. Just please remember to always close your blade when you're finished—we don't want any accidents! My favorite thing about this project is that it's completely reversible; if you ever want a change, you can simply flip the board back to its original side. It’s a simple way to add a pop of personality to your creative space!
